Leading automotive and service company Beissbarth UK have introduced a new range of small platform lifts - ideal for workshops hard-pressed for space.

Speaking about the introduction of the Herkules range, Beissbarth UK's managing director Philip Hodges said: "The operational costs are minimal because the Herkules uses air, which in most workshops is both plentiful and readily available.

"This range is absolutely ideal for Fast-Fit and Tyre Repair workshops where time is seen as vital for a smooth and efficient workshop. All Herkules Lifts carry a three year warranty and represent extremely good value in the current lift market."

The air driven lifts are operated by a foot control, with locking variable and convenient heights. The capacity of the RS model is 2.5 tonne and the 2.8 tonne for the K 700. They require the standard 8-bar air pressure to give working heights of 500 mm and 1.1 m respectively. The minimum height of the RS is 69mm, which even with the lowest spoilers enables the latest vehicles to pass over with ease.
